Rotation is great to make small adjustments and corrections to existing layer structures.

With multiple layers selected, click the Rotate button from the floaty.

Once you have, the cursor will change to show a rotation anchor. Move your cursor around the center of the panel to rotate your selection.

Once you are happy with your new layout, click anywhere to apply your changes.
